A good management team is vital to the success of any company, so the skills and knowledge gained on this Apprenticeship are highly desirable and valuable in the business world.

Management skills are essential in all aspects of a business – business and administration, customer service, enterprise and business support, human resources and recruitment, industrial relations, production, warehousing and logistics, purchasing, leadership and management, marketing and sales.

Each level of Apprenticeship will provide you with the skills required to work as a successful manager. You will develop competencies in areas such as briefing and supporting teams, managing meetings, resolving problems, project management and agreeing budgets.
