Team Leading

Having reliable staff who can lead a team successfully is highly important to an organisation. Team Leaders will usually work underneath a more senior manager and will be responsible for supervising the workload of more junior members of staff. Team Leaders are required by pretty much all large companies in every sector area.

The tasks you will perform as an apprentice will vary depending on where you work. You may be responsible for duties such as planning your team members’ workloads, allocating jobs, giving feedback, holding team meetings and project management
